Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your cap. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email blackclovergccmarketing@gmail.com with your order number. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 48–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery across the GCC typically takes 2–8 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over AED 300 ship free across the GCC.
Order changes & availability
Occasionally an item sells out unexpectedly. If something you ordered is unavailable, we'll email you right away and you won't be charged for any out-of-stock item.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and secure digital wallets. All payments are processed securely, and prices are shown in AED.
Promotions & discounts
Discounts cannot be combined. If an item is already discounted, additional promo codes won't apply — the greater of the two discounts is used.
