We want you to love your Black Clover cap. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email blackclovergccmarketing@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll review your request and send instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved.

Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or colour you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away and we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned or refunded.
