We want you to love your Black Clover cap. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
- Email blackclovergccmarketing@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll review your request and send instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved.
Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or colour you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned or refunded.
